Campaign Respect raises awareness about trans marginalization, more specifically, involving mis-gendering, and the importance and effects of correct pronoun use. The campaign gives a voice to those who are tired of defending their self-expression. Many trans folks are exhausted by constant questions and explanations, so I wanted to break down the importance of using a person’s correct pronouns. This campaign is geared toward younger people, in hopes they will spread it to others for educational purposes.
