Campaign
Half of the population is subject to an unfair tax. In most states, feminine hygiene products are considered luxury items and taxed as such. Women have to pay a ~6.75% sales tax for items they can’t go without. Period is a social action campaign to end the tampon tax by educating the public and inspiring people to con- tact their representatives to demand a removal of the tax.
