Micro-aggressions are the common verbal or nonverbal languages that convey hostile, derogatory, or offensive messages to marginalized groups. Most of the time, people who use micro-aggressions are unaware of their bias and do not realize that they are being insulting. The purpose of Just Think Twice is to educate and bring awareness to those who may unknowingly participate in micro-aggressive behaviors in hopes that more people will catch themselves before saying something offensive and inappropriate in the workplace.
