On average, 96 Americans are killed with guns in one day. There has been a rise in gun-related violence in the past several years, especially involving AR-15 rifles. Bump stocks, which attach to the end of a rifle as an accessory, help pull the trigger and allows the user the ability to fire a rifle like an automatic weapon. Bump Out Loopholes is meant to bring light to the danger and unnecessary nature of bump stocks.
